Biography

 

                 Billy Fonfrel the international gospel singer was born in Pout-Au-Prince, Haiti on September 20,  1982.  He started his music career as a solo artist at the age of fifteen moving from church to church and city to city.  During this time he became well known locally.  He also expanded his role in the church as a community activist and minister of the word of God to both the young and adult.    In the year of 2000 Billy found himself living in the United States where he later put his first gospel single out on the market. From there a year later after releasing his single Billy ended up joining the US military.  Though he gained many responsibilities while in the military he never lost focus on his love of gospel and the ministry.  In 2003 he started a movement in Haiti named Freedom For The Nations.  Always having a positive disposition in all he does and no matter what tasks may lay in front of him Billy has always been able to have an influence on the lives around him.

 

                 In 2004 Billy released a finalized version of his second Album entitled Kembejezu Pi F`o which was a great commercial success.
